try on the jacket
In the spirit of bridging the gap between professionals in any industry, Bridge the Gap invites participants to learn collaboration skills in a low-stakes, time-constrained design challenge.
Encouraged by her father from a young age to pursue bold and meaningful work, Bridge the Gap Founder Molly Denton brings her dad’s advice to BTG audiences across the United States.
Participants are encouraged to “try on the jacket,” i.e. trial new industry roles as a way to explore career opportunities and discover previously unrecognized skills.

NO REAL CONSEQUENCES
